The Brief:

Plan, organise and execute three large incentive events in Croatia, known as Silver Retreats. The first and third retreat were for APAC, the second for EMEA. The total number of guests was almost 2,000.

Young Living Europe is the world leader in essential oils and essential oil-infused products. Time was running out to plan, organise and execute longed-for incentive trips for hundreds of Young Living members (known as Brand Partners). Nobl was asked to create an unforgettable event experience in Croatia, earnt by the members.

Our Response:

A complete plan was created and a team built including internal staff, Nobl Marketing & Sales and hand-picked local suppliers. The carefully-constructed three-day event schedule included a formal leadership conference, a thrilling Dalmatian Village evening, tours of a Young Living farm and essential oil distillery, as well as a lavish boat trip to the gala dinner and show, in the medieval square of Šibenik.

Outcomes:

The client was delighted and impressed with the concept, co-ordination and project management of the internal events team and external suppliers. Nobl ensured the Young Living brand was correctly represented throughout.

Feedback suggested that this was the best ever Silver Retreat with every detail thought of and many ‘on-the-spot’ changes handled professionally.
