Product Launch and Business Development in the UK

The Brief:

To launch INDICA CBD skincare in the UK through considered and strategic positioning. The development of sales outlets online and offline, and a sell-in to major retailers. INDICA CBD skincare is a range of all-natural face creams and body products, made using highly concentrated CBD, plus 20 other vegan ingredients. INDICA focuses on CBD as the new star ingredient in skin care, and highlights its potential as the ultimate beauty powerhouse.

Our Response:

Nobl spearheaded the launch of INDICA CBD skincare in the UK.

We started by undertaking a positioning study in order to find USPs and ways to stand out from the many competitors. Based on these findings, Nobl created a marketing and sales plan and initiated on and offline activities. A major focus was to drive sales and business development.

Outcomes:

Nobl created a pipeline of potential customers and approached major retailers for pitch meetings and ultimately shelf space. Through press releases and co-operation with popular lifestyle and beauty media in the UK, Nobl established significant brand awareness.
