Brand and Business Development in the UK

The Brief:

To establish petWALK as the first fully automatic door for pets in the UK market by finding business development and sales opportunities. petWALK is the world’s first automated entrance door for pets. It is airtight, double-insulated, burglar-proof and the design can be customised.

Our Response:

Nobl was retained to launch this highly innovative Austrian brand in the UK market.

The UK had been identified as one of the biggest potential markets, due to the high number of pet owners in the country. As petWALK is a sophisticated technology product for the home, Nobl introduced it to the luxury property market via a network of interior designers, architects, builders and homeowners.

Our approach was to bring the brand to life at trade shows, design events and by placing print advertisements in newspapers and pet and design media. We focused on B2B solutions by offering a partner programme to gain more customers in this segment.

What’s more, we managed petWALK’s customer service and communications, facilitating any post-sale questions from intermediaries and end-users, in their own language.

Outcomes:

At the end of the first year of working together, petWALK sales had increased 41%.
